Taylor Smith has supported and given advice to since the company's early days. After learning about TLE as a customer Taylor went on to start a number of companies and, in the process, referred over 10 organizations to Taylor is currently the founder and president of CLM Advisors, the consulting arm of the 40,000-member Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance. Prior to this role, Taylor founded two litigation and insurance focused start-ups: Suite 200 Solutions and Revere Advisory. He is a contributing editor for The Claims Spot, an award-winning LexisNexis top-50 insurance blog, and Claims Management Magazine and regularly publishes in other leading industry publications. 
As a previous customer, Rory King was probably thee driving force in pushing to develop its new business model. In order to support his marketing process, Rory had focus as much on data and intelligence as we did on calling.​​

Jon Hanson
Jon Hanson was's very first customer and the first to vet our initial business model before we launched in 2003. He has engaged our firm at a number of companies over the years and always endeavored to give us constructive advice on how to responsibly grow the business.
